About Us
I am evangelist and pastor Ray Napier and I would like to welcome you to Refuge Missionaries. We are a group of pastors, evangelists and missionaries that started missionary work in Kenya and Uganda. We call our ministry, Refuge Missionaries.
Our group consists of Evangelist Don Edwards, Missionary Tamara Adams, Missionary’s Zack and Kim Birt, Pastor Robert and Becky Branscum, Evangelists/Missionary’s Micah and Jessie Wyatt, and myself. Our Missionaries in Africa are Pastors John and Sally Ogolla, Bishop Joseph Mena, Pastor Lukas Ogai, Pastors George and Dusila Ogega, and Pastor Emmanuel Nicholas Otieno.
We help support and run an orphanage and school in Apoka, Kenya. We have a food program in Nairobi, Kenya where we feed the street kids of the Kayole Slums. We have a well and refuge in Kisumu, Kenya. Our African headquarters is located in Kisumu Kenya. We have Church’s in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Apoka and Kitali, Kenya. We also have a Church in Iganga, Uganda. We have a sewing center for the women of Kayole Chapel in Nairobi, Kenya.
We do crusades, conferences, and revivals in Kenya and Uganda. We also do revivals, tent and camp meetings here in America. I would like to encourage you to become a part of what we are doing in Africa. I, pastor ‘The Lebanon Full Gospel Church of God’ in Lebanon Ohio. It is at 1502 Deerfield Road, Lebanon Ohio. I am also an Evangelist and Missionary.. I have either started, or helped start 22 Church’s here in America, and I have either started, or help start 11 Church’s in Africa.
